I seriously felt like a rainbow butterfly a few weekends ago when I found my old butterfly dress from ASOS in the back of my closet, paired it up with my new rainbow bag from Nastygal and threw on my fave Forever21 sunnies!
I'm in love with this dress! I think it's just so pretty, I love how flattering the dress shape is. I also really love the sweetheart shape along with the mesh at the top! Also this is pretty much my new go to purse, it's pretty big and holds all my typical weekend purse needs.

I'm so incredibly happy it's finally Summer! Happy World Pride & Summer Solstice everyone!!

I cannot believe a year has flown by since my first official post for Clothes and Shit!

I have learned so much in the past year and I'm so so incredibly happy with everything that's come from starting my little blog; the amazing people I've met and all the new friends I've made,  wonderful opportunities I would have never had previously, getting into this wonderful body positive community, all the self confidence I've gained(take in I never ever would be caught wearing jeans/any type of hat/not leave the house without makeup and many other things before that I've now overcome), and you; my amazing readers who give me inspiration to continually post.

You have no idea how much it means to me when I go into my email and see emails from amazing readers telling me how my most recent post gave them confidence to go outside and rock a crop top, or on instagram when I get questions asking how would I style ___ etc. It feels good knowing I'm able to help anyone in even just these simple ways.

bowler hat

Lately I've been having a hard time thinking of things to write about. I have all these posts ready to go(just photos), but no content to my photos. It's frustrating because I wish I had interesting things to discuss, or any thoughts really.. but it's like i'm at a loss for words.

I initially tried for about three days to write this post up, I searched the internet for some type of inspiration.. and still somehow procrastinated for this long. I feel like it's not worth posting anything if i'm not feeling it/can't write anything coherent but, I always beat myself up over it afterwards(but more so Jayson nags me daily until I finally do so).
Thus, i'm going to stop sulking and think of some fun ideas and brainstorm and hopefully my next post will actually make sense.

On a side note, I ended up getting my first bowler hat! I'm absolutely in love with it! It's funny because before this past November, I never ever wore hats(I use to believe they didn't suit me, another reason as to why I am even more convinced anyone can wear anything), then suddenly I somehow collected a ton of beanies. I finally got my first bowler and oversized floppy hat this past week! I'm obsessed with hats now.... someone stop me before I buy all of them(but really).

Wantlist x Pink

Pink use to be my favourite colour through ages 4 till 13, I went through a craze that practically every variation of pink was totes my fave, especially all the bright pinks(ie.bright pink, barbie pink, neon pink, etc).
Luckily, I eventually decided that I hated pink, and especially hated bright shades of pink, I realized this sometime in 8th grade when I noticed how nauseous I would feel looking at those variations of the colour.
Anyways, after a long pause from anything in/of that colour I eventually realized what my new favourite colours are(Mint, Lilac and Cream!). In the end, I warmed back up to the idea that Pink, especially Light Pink could be included back into my life again.
These are all of my current wants, and of course they are almost all in my favourite shade of pink!
I especially want the new Jayda Black from Miista, and sold out Coquette Lime Crime lipstick!

So if you didn't know, i'm super in love with Kastor & Pollux and their beautiful Vesperia Necklace and pretty much totally loafted on purchasing it which was stupid but great news!!! I finally bought it! I can't wait to wear it with everything!

I also really want all these items so much, most likely going to get them all. I noticed I've been gravitating more towards all black and any and all super shiny/holographic/ or oil slick things.

02. Twinsies x Mint

I went over to twins house last weekend, it was so much fun!

I'm actually obsessed with her apartment it's just too lovely.

We decided for our twin outfit it would be mint and black.

Oddly enough we have the exact same top, when I came over she was like "we're seriously twins!!"

and we seriously were, she has a top identical too mine from forever21, but mines a thrifted one with those old shoulder pads.

Anyways we decided to have a twin tea party! I love her tea set too! I just love Jess <3>

is this all there is?

This post is long overdue but i've been dealing with some personal issues for the past month, and wasn't able to find the time or inspiration to post. I am trying my super best to be a fairly active but i've been having a pretty shit time for the past few months, i'm trying my best to stay positive.

I am excited, scared, and kinda nervous about the upcoming changes.

So I really just wanted to say sorry for the overdue posts and please bare with me till I can get things under control.

I've been taking care of a litter of baby schnauzers!!! I love them so much, but they are seriously such a handful, they wake me up all day/night long and need me to play or feed or take care of them... it's kinda sorta like what I assume taking care of children are but it feels so hard sometimes, the puppies are now 5 weeks old!!(i've been taking care of them since they were 2.5 weeks old) They use to not even be able to move, only to eat and sleep and now they're running allover the place, and crying for me to come play with them. I love them all so so much and i'm extremely scared for when i'll have to part with them. They've become such a huge comfort and my full responsibility for the past while so it will be weird not having them anymore.

Anyways besides all that I haven't really been up to much, and i've tried my hardest not to really do anything since it's getting pretty cold and I can't be away from my house/babies too long.

So last weekend I had to go to the store to get puppy goodies and then visited Jaysons friend's and family, thus took some photos in the lobby before heading up.

I saw this fun shirt on New Look maybe in the spring? can't quite remember, ended up passing on it, to only later find it at Big Deal Toronto and got it for $10 from Sadia!!!

It's so comfy and I always tied up the bottom in the warmer weather.

I got this awesome ASOS Curve Cardigan in fuzzy ombre it's currently on sale for $39.99!!

so far above the cloudless sky

I went downtown last weekend for a nice stroll, Jayson had to take some photos for his friends so they decided on meeting around Queen and Bathurst.

It's getting pretty chilly now so thus, busted out my awesome coat I snagged at Big Deal Toronto from Sadia for only $30! :)

Growing up in Toronto i've become pretty accustomed to the awesome street art pretty much everywhere. Roaming downtown I always see a huge amount of nice ones.

I also have recently just purchased a few pairs of jeans(if you know me, you would know I never ever ever wear jeans) and for once i'm actually super excited!!!! I've honestly always hated wearing pants because they feel restricting or they just didn't look right, but now i've found 3 pairs that I totally love and i'm going to show you all very soon.

Birthday Wantlist

My birthday is this Friday, the 18th! I am actually pretty excited this year, I spent a huge portion of time thinking about how it's so weird to be growing up; as a kid all I ever wanted was to get older and now it feels like times flying by. All the items in my want list are pretty justifiable for me, it consists of either a, purchases i've wanted but held off from for quite some time and I still really feel the urge to check up on/still want it but had been too costly to purchase at the time. or b, other more recent things I really,really, really, want need.

For example; all the things from ASOS below excluding the dungaree dress have been things i've wanted over the past few months and had to contemplate on because of the price point now, much later on they are at a more compelling price and thus justifies why they must get into my wardbrobe.

I also am in love with the new Miista Allison Irid Black, I purchased the Silver Iridescent Zoe this past spring and completely love them although I didn't wear them as much as I wish I could(I got incredibly worried of getting them dirty) which is why I think the Allison would be an amazing purchase since it wont be as easy to get dirty.

I also plan on twinning with my sister again(she bought leopard harem pants!)

I guess my wantlist is partial all my fall pieces and a few past season items :)

Can't wait for this weekend!

how can i fuck with the fun again, when i'm known.

Despite the hectiness we took a trip to Niagara Falls this weekend after Sarah, Markuz, Jayson and I finished work Friday night, we got there at about 9:30 and bought a fun pass and played games, rode rides and went through museums it was a lot of fun.

 I took a few photos of two outfits; what I wore Friday night going up there, and what I wore leaving on Saturday.

I got this fun denim jacket from Forever21, and both the skull print t-shirt dress and galaxy kimono style top from ASOS. 

I'm thinking about hemming the skull print t-shirt dress a little bit shorter but i'm not sure yet, what do you think?

don't wanna sleep tonight

This week has been really tiring and long and I can't wait for the weekend!!

This weekend the CNE (Canadian National Exhibition) opens!!!

I seriously love going! I've went every summer for the past 3 summers; yummy foods, rides, games and it's just seriously my fave, everyone should go!! 

So this week works really caught up on me, and now Jayson works just as much as me(no one can take my photos even if I am home).

Part 1 of my ASOS order has arrived; inside was this lovely blue lace skater skirt and a ton of fun dresses.

I'm thinking about selling some stuff on ASOS marketplace, has anyone done this before? 

If so what should I expect?

This crop top is from H&M, they've made like a ton in different styles, so i've ended up having around 5 different ones. I'm in love with them, but since i've gained some weight since i've gotten them they're a little more snug, and that's ok weight fluctuates and that's normal and healthy and fine. 

Anyways there's really not much for me say at the moment, life has been pretty boring haha.

This week has been pretty hectic to sum it all up it was my grandpas 75th birthday, visited my twin Jessica Masil who I haven't seen in forever, went to Ribfest with my niece, went shopping and lastly Jaysons cousins Mercy's debut(basically big 18th celebration)
Anyways the debut was at a community centre which was at the old skatepark I use to go to back in high school it was really fun and I took some pictures in this cool perfectly hidden spot and I saw all these cute debut stuff like 18 roses and candles and fun performances. 
It was super exciting because I just bought this dress a little while back from New Look

when they were having a sale, I got it for only $8 and never had a chance to wear it so the debut made it perfect since it's pretty summery and not super fancy but not too normal either also if you haven't noticed i've been totally obsessed with this flowy shawl thing and my oil slick necklaces (I honestly made so many of them and now can't part with a whole bunch cause I love them too much, I've been giving them out to friends/sold some at Big Deal Toronto but if you're interested in getting one feel free to contact me) pretty much has to be one of my favourite purchases &adiy fun and I wear them practically all the time since they are awesome layering pieces for me.
