I've been MIA .... again! I'd say sorry but I am not Sorry! I've had a lot on my plate, the past 12 months have been a whirlwind of different things and I let this part of my life slip, I intended on posting this 5 months ago but, every time I tried to start I was instantly overwhelmed thinking about how I was to explain myself and the reality is, I don't need to.

I've been busy, overall my life has had a drastic change over this past year and I really don't owe anyone anything. Fuck an apology, I am not Sorry. side note: I still love you all and I appreciate ya'll hanging in with me💖. I'm excited for the upcoming ideas and projects I'm working on aaand if I disappear here and there, rest assured, I will be back.

 I fell in love with this top the moment I saw it on Lazy Oaf, I knew it had to be mine, so much so that I ordered it right away (unlike what happened with the Lazy Oaf x Esther collection! :'( ). I'm highly anticipating Spring and with any glimpse of better weather, I opt to pretend it really is Spring and wear anything/everything not weather appropriate.  The top is long enough to be a short dress or tunic length but I decided to wear it with my bowler hat, grid leggings, corduroy shorts, and boots.

I've been MIA for way too long (update post coming soon) but I've come out of hiding to share this gorgeous Windowpane Skirt from eShakti with ya'll! The cool thing about eShakti is that you can customize all of their pieces in some way! I decided to make alterations to this midi skirt and make it into an above knee skirt which then made it into the perfect piece for work and hang times afterwards. I decided to pair the skirt with a plain turtleneck, black bomber, black sequin boots, an intergalactic necklace and my fun patch backpack.

Hey Gorgeous!

Back in September, I shot some photos at the Hey Gorgeous HQ in my fave AW15 pieces! I did a little interview with them (which you can read here!) and was their #GorgeousGirl of the month! I never ended up getting around to posting them because, let's face it, I'm pretty awful sometimes. -.-

I fell in love with all their pieces and thought I would share the photos that I shot with them as well as a few of my current favourite Holiday picks! I'm still dying over the stunning Adrianna Papell cape dress sadly, it didn't come home with me (I ended up with two very similar knock off ones doe), I did however, take home the stunning Junarose Pink Faux Fur Coat!

Holiday Sequins with Modamix!

Only a few more days till Holiday festivities begin!!! I always get pretty amped around this time which, is fantastic seeing as how I'm typically the Grinch (the Christmas/Holiday season can be pretty overwhelming for me, especially since it starts the day after Halloween -.-).
The two weeks starting around the 18th of December are always jam packed with dinners, parties, and a ton of fun fancy events with my loved ones. Which gives me plenty of reasons to dress up accordingly!

This look was perfect for a glitter n glitz party over the weekend!!! I'm in love with this Sparkle Sequin Tunic and Callie Sequined Ponte Pants from Modamix! Is it weird that whenever I think of the Holidays I automatically gravitate towards sequins?? I then threw on some heels from Aldo, sunnies, and my fave faux fur coat from Junarose to complete the look.

Deep Blue

Toronto is having an extremely mild winter, which I am more than thankful for (especially in comparison to last year aka the worst winter we've had in 30 years)!  I was able to wear my gorgeous Deep-V Dress from Liesl Binx last weekend with no complaints on the weather! As soon as I saw this dress, I knew it would be my go to for the Holidays, I mean look at that beautiful shade of blue. ♥_♥
I was feeling pretty ~*majestical*~ and decided to pair it with my gemstone belt, a crystal headband, faux fur coat and my fave black heels.

I've been a fan of Liesl's stunning pieces for a while and actually getting to try it on, I'm even more in love (f that's even possible)! This is the first dress in my whole life that I did not need to wear a bra with it, which honestly has never, ever happened. Autumn with Modamix!

I was beyond stoked when Modamix reached out to see if I'd like to try out a few of their pieces, I obviously said yes!! They sent me the gorgeous Taylor Jacket and Siri Skirt (which are both 50% off now!) which I paired with a black wrap around crop top, my fave heels and a gold collar necklace. I think this is a fantastic look for all sorts of things: work (I wouldn't have exposed my belly doe), shopping, going out for drinks, date night, etc. It's such an easy and effortless look, I especially love all the gold detailing both on the jacket and skirt.
